	The pool has been shutdown for extend periods over the past several days due to violations of the pool sanitation rules.  ALL SWIMMERS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL!!
	Remember the pool rules: No babies without swim diapers, shower before entering the water, guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times, no more than four guests per household.  Violation of these rules is causing the pool to be shut down, so everyone must do their part!
	We need volunteers for the 4th of July parade!  This year it is our turn to organize the 4th of July parade.  Cascade will not be allowed to participate if we do not do our part!  If you are interested in the parade, please step up and help out.
	The May issue of the Cascade Estates Slate newsletter is now online.  Topics include the new pool regulations, crime safety tips, and board meeting highlights.
	Numerous break-ins and thefts continue to be reported in Cascade and surrounding neighborhoods.  Unlocked cars have been favorite targets.  Lock your car!  Do not leave valuables or garage door openers in plain sight.  Report any break-ins or suspicious activity to the police.
	All structures, including play-sets and trampolines, constructed on new section Cascade Estates lots must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee.  See the Residential Improvement Guidelines for criteria.  Use the new ACC Request Submission Form to ensure prompt review of your proposal.
