Development at 36th & Tecumseh

A development has been proposed on the open land at 36th and Tecumseh.  Initial construction would be for an orthopedic sports treatment facility on the south end of the land.  Later stages may involve commercial development, possibly including a gas station, on the north end.

Residents along the western edge of the development recently received notification of the planned development.  On April 24th, developers answered questions about their plans.

Developers wish to begin construction as soon as possible.  Over the next few months, there will be additional approval hearings.  Residents bordering the development should receive further notices when these meetings are scheduled.
