The Cascade Estates Home Owner's Association is a non-profit organization comprised of home owners in the Cascade Addition and Cascade Estates Addition of Norman, Oklahoma.

The Association is responsible for maintaining the pool and common areas, enforcing the covenants and restrictions to which all home owners agreed at the time of purchase, advocating on behalf of the neighborhood to the City and local agencies, arranging social and recreational activities, and generally promoting the property and civic interests of its members.

For specific information about the function of the Association, please read the bylaws.  If you have questions or concerns relating to the association, please contact the management company or a member of the Board of Directors.

This is a volunteer organization, so your input and help are vital!
