Pool Rules
Please contact
Reliance Property Management
if you need to obtain a pool key or report a problem.

If you see people in the pool area in the middle of the night,
call the police, do not confront trespassers.

- You may use your key to let in family members or your invited guests only. Once inside the pool gate area, DO NOT LET IN ANYONE other than a family member or an invited guest. You may not let in any other homeowner who as "forgotten their key".
- NO alcoholic beverages may be brought inside the pool gates AT ANY TIME due to liability issues. For safety reasons we strongly suggest that no alcoholic beverages be consumed less than one hour before swimming.
- All swimming is done AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- All family members and/or guests under the age of 12 MUST be supervised by an adult at all times inside the pool gate.
- No pets are allowed inside the pool gate.
- All swimmers must shower before entering the pool.
- NO running, rough play or horse-play will be tolerated at any time inside the pool gate.
- NO SMOKING will be tolerated in the pool or pool area.
- NO eating or drinking will be allowed in the pool. Food and beverages must be kept in the covered area of the pool grounds. Homeowners will be responsible physically or financially for keeping the pool and pool area clean.
- NO glass containers will be allowed anywhere within the pool gate.
- All trash must be disposed of properly.
- Please keep the bathrooms as clean as possible. They are there for your convenience. If there is a lack of supplies in the bathroom, please contact Reliance Property Management at 579-0256.
- Observe the campers rule. "Always leave it cleaner than you found it."
- If the pool area is locked during regular hours, do not enter the pool area.
- Each household may invite no more than four guests, except for approved pool parties which may have up to twenty.
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.
- Babies and toddlers may not enter the water without swim diapers.
