The following guidelines must be observed in order to schedule a party at the pool:
- Members must be current on their dues.
- Reservations must be made two weeks in advance by calling Reliance Property Management at 579-0256.
- There may be only three parties during the weekdays Monday through Friday, one party on the weekend Saturday through Sunday, and a maximum of one party per day.
- Recommended party times are 11:00am to 1:00pm. Early reservations are recommended.
- Reservation is for the covered area only. The pool remains open for all homeowners.
- A $50 cleaning deposit is required and is refundable if area is left clean.
- Members must bring trash bags and dispose of their trash.
- Do not use the pool garbage cart for party trash.
- Guest limit is 20.
- Maximum reservation time is two hours.
- A sign must be displayed at the pool 48 hours before the scheduled party indicating the date and time of the party and the reserving member's last name.
