Landscaping & Tree Requirement

All sections in the new Cascade Estates Addition require that each developed lot be landscaped and contain two trees at least 1.5 inches in diameter at one foot above the ground and be deciduous in nature.

Tree selection and placement must be approved by the architectural committee. Please submit your plans to the property manager at least 30 days before you expect to plant.
