As a first step, the City of Norman completed a study of traffic patterns along Astor Drive and Cascade Boulevard. On January 11th, 2005, Mike Rayburn and Angelo Lombardo met with the Boards of Cascade and Berkeley to propose some "Traffic Calming" methods that the City could install to help slow down drivers.

Four speed humps have been installed along Astor Drive between Tecumseh Road and Shipley Drive.  Two more will be constructed as City funds become available.  Drive Safely!
